3. Event Tickets & Payments
3.1 How Tickets Are Sold
Tickets for OffGrid Sessions events are processed through Ticket Tailor and payments are handled by Stripe.
When purchasing a ticket:
You will be redirected to a secure checkout
Your payment is processed by the third-party provider
Your booking is confirmed only once payment is successfully completed
3.2 Booking Confirmation
After purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from Ticket Tailor.
It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is accurate.

4. Refunds, Cancellations & Transfers (Refund Policy A)
4.1 Refunds
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable.
This applies to all circumstances including (but not limited to):
Changes to your personal schedule
Travel disruptions
Illness
Visa issues
Weather conditions

4.2 Ticket Transfers
Tickets are fully transferable to another person at any time.
You must notify us in writing at jeremy@offgridsessions.com
with:
Your name
The new attendee’s name and email

4.3 Event Cancellation
If we cancel the event, you will receive a full refund of your ticket price.

4.4 Event Postponement
If the event is postponed, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new dates.
Refunds are not offered for postponements.

4.5 Changes to Programme or Speakers
We may change:
Timings
Speakers
Schedule
Venue details (within reasonable proximity)
These changes do not entitle you to a refund.

5. Event Attendance
5.1 Behaviour
You must behave respectfully toward:
Staff
Speakers
Attendees
The venue
We reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behaviour is inappropriate, offensive, or disruptive, without refund.

5.2 Health & Safety
Attendees are responsible for their own health and safety.
You agree to comply with any safety instructions at the venue.

5.3 Personal Belongings
We do not accept liability for:
Loss
Theft
Damage to personal property
You are responsible for your possessions at all times.

6. Website Content & Intellectual Property
All content on this Website—including text, copy, branding, images, graphics, logos, and audio/video content—is owned by Henderson Kite Limited or used with permission.
